Princess Cruises' 2010/11 'Exotics' program launches a new sailing from Sydney to Beijing, a South China Sea cruise and an Antarctica voyage via South America.
The 36 new offerings from Princess Cruises include three new voyages and sailings to every continent on its megaliners and boutique ships.
Australians can sail from their doorstep, up the east coast to South East Asia on Diamond Princess' first 23-night voyage from Sydney to Beijing visiting Port Douglas, Darwin, Bali, Hong Kong, Taipei, Nagasaki, Shanghai and Dalian.
The 2760-passenger megaliner departs Sydney on 08 February 2011, with fares from $4479 per person twin share.
Alternatively, a 17-night cruise from Asia to Australia departs 05 December 2010.
Sailing from Bangkok and visiting Ho Chi Minh City, Singapore, Bali, Darwin, Port Douglas and the Whitsundays before arriving in Sydney, this trip is priced from $2979 per person twin share.
Another new option is the South China Sea cruise from Singapore to Bangkok via Manila in the Philippines, the Chinese cities of Xiamen, Shanghai and Hong Kong and Vietnam's Nha Trang and Ho Chi Minh City.
The program also offers four popular 12- night trans-Tasman voyages between Sydney and Auckland onboard Diamond Princess in December 2010 and January 2011.
The itinerary covers Melbourne, Hobart, Dunedin, Christchurch, Tauranga and Fiordland National Park, with fares from $2399 per person twin share.
"Princess Cruises was named best Australian-based and international cruise operator on the weekend." For Antarctica, Star Princess will offer two departures - from Rio De Janero on 20 December 2010 or Buenos Aires on 09 January 2011 - via the Falkland Islands and several South American ports.
Fares start at $3539 per person twin share. Meanwhile, Princess Cruises was named 'Best Cruise Operator Australian Based' and 'Best Cruise Operator International', as voted by travel agents, at the National Travel Industry Awards on the weekend.

Deck chairs are so precious on cruises that Celebrity Equinox has recruited "pool butlers" to politely keep chair-hoggers under control.
To stop people saving multiple chairs for long periods of time, the butlers will watch over proceedings and organise fair furniture distribution.
The ship has even widened its front deck to fit in 100 extra deck chairs and also placed a few in the Lawn Club to encourage passengers to relax in areas away from the pools.
The move follows complaints that there were not enough places to lounge around in the sun because people were holding onto deck chairs all day, using towels to mark their territory.
