About a three hour's flight from Perth, Broome is a colourful old pearling port that attracts thousands of tourists year in, year out. But if you're after the freshest seafood around, even fresher than the large servings in the many seaside restaurants of Broome, then head out in a boat and catch it yourself! You could either hire a boat or join a fishing charter trip like Port Bouvard Charters.
