Queen Victoria originally entrusted the position of Crown Jeweller to Garrard in 1843 and it has held this appointment ever since. The appointment of Crown Jeweller, carries with it an individual personal Royal Warrant from Her Majesty the Queen. Whilst The Crown Jewels are housed in H.M.
