Flamenco's, Fiesta's and Siesta's in Seville

The capital of Andalucia, charming Seville continues to cast a spell today as it did thousands of years ago when the first Phoenician set foot on this land. Seville's gothic cathedral is the world's largest. Climb to the top of its Giralda tower for wonderful views over the city. Nearby is the beautiful Alcazar Palace, which can take hours to explore. Seville is the birthplace of tapas, and El Rinconcillo which dates back to 1670, is the oldest tapas bar in the city. Flamenco was also born in the Andalucia region, and spontaneous shows are often performed particularly in the gypsy quarter - Triana.
