Climbing with the Yosemite Mountaineering School provides expert-led rock climbing classes for every ability level. Private classes and guided climbs for beginners through to advanced climbers are offered and classes run daily (conditions permitting). Visitors can spend 2 hours with a professional photographer to learn how to take better photographs of Yosemite. The guide can discuss photo tips at all levels of competency. Content often includes lighting, composition, effects, and technique.

The Glacier Point tour is a spectacular four-hour round trip from Yosemite Valley to the breathtaking Glacier Point, towering 3,200 feet directly above the Valley Floor.

The Glacier Point Tour departs daily from Yosemite Lodge, and also offers a one-way ticket for adventurers wishing to hike down on their own. This tour operates from late-Spring through early-Fall, weather and road conditions permitting. This tour operates through October, weather permitting.
