Ravenshoe - Queensland's Highest Town

Ravenshoe, the highest town in Queensland, sits on the western edge of the Tropical Tablelands, which is renown as a paradise for nature lovers. With the only rainforest over 1000m and on the cusp of the drier Eucalypt forests, the area is home to an astounding variety of birds and native mammals including 13 different species of possums.

Millstream Falls and little Millstream falls are popular attractions and both feature beautiful walks and a sensational viewing platforms. Also worth a visit are Tully Falls and Koombooloomba Dam. The Tully Falls road is a great rainforest drive which allows you to become apart of this magical location.
