You'll need to be cashed up to play on one of Hong Kong's five golf courses - if you're not, try cycling, hiking or swimming. If you like fishing, there are plenty of people who'll take you out on a boat, or you can dip your rod in one of the city's reservoirs.
Kick off three days in Hong Kong with a tram ride up to the Peak for a good view of the city. Stretch your legs on a summit circuit before lunching at the Peak Lookout. Back down at sea level, you could do some shopping at the Pacific Place shopping centre in Admiralty and watch the sun go down from Cyrano's, a bar on the 56th floor of the Island Shangri-La Hotel. On the second day, take the Star Ferry to Tsim Sha Tsui and visit the Museum of Art, Space Museum or Museum of History, then try a yum cha brunch at Wan Loong Court in the Kowloon Hotel. Browse along Nathan Rd until you're hungry enough for afternoon tea at the Peninsula Hotel. Wander up Temple St for the night market, listen to some open-air Cantonese opera and sample some street food.On the last day, you could wander around Central and Sheung Wan, poking your head into traditional shops, before lunching and gallery-hopping in Soho. Take a tram to Wan Chai for a night of Chinese opera or theatre at the Hong Kong Arts Centre and, later on, strut your stuff at a sleazy Wan Chai bar.
