Hilton Sydney has launched a new guest package that focuses on fitness and wellbeing, the Hilton Health Retreat.
With activities including yoga on the Zeta Bar terrace and meditation sessions in a Spa Suite, the Hilton Health Retreat offers guests a relaxing weekend away and the perfect kick-start to new, healthier lifestyle - all without leaving the Sydney CBD.
The Retreat focuses on improving your health and wellbeing through a mixture of relaxation, educational and fitness activities, hosted by expert nutritionist and chef Zoe Bingley-Pullin and fitness expert Jerome Boadu, Manager of LivingWell Premier Health Club at the Hilton Sydney.
"The Hilton Health Retreat is a great way to check-in and focus on your personal health and wellbeing over a weekend. Unlike many other health retreats, this is in the heart of the city, making it easily accessible for the timepoor," says Health Retreat Ambassador, Bingley-Pullin.
Fitness and nutrition assessments are undertaken with guests pre-arrival, allowing the Health Retreat to cater for the 'out of shape' right through to the professional athlete.
"At LivingWell, we work with ordinary people who are just trying to get fit, right up to elite athletes who train seasonally. The Health Retreat gives us a chance to educate guests on the holistic approach to a healthier lifestyle - exercise, diet and relaxation," says Jerome Boadu, Manager of LivingWell Premier Health Club.
The Hilton Health Retreat will operate four times a year with intakes for 12-14 June 2009 now open. The package costs $1,900pp or $2,900 for two people who share a room; with the following elements included:
