A timelapse video that takes you around the world in under five minutes provides some serious inspiration for anyone with itchy feet.
Kien Lam quit his day job in 2010 and spent the next 12 months travelling the world and visiting some of the most famous landmarks.
The San Francisco resident took photographs at places like Machu Picchu in Peru and Jordan’s Petra – and then used 6237 of them to create this amazing clip.
“I packed a bag, grabbed my camera and bought a one way ticket to London,” Lam says on his YouTube video.
"17 countries later, I compiled this time lapse of the many amazing places I came across."
